My life rolls around this quote and it has been amazing how I have conquered myself to help others. My journey of life always revolved around people, psychology, wellness, mind & soul connects which has amazed me and further my passion into the studies to explore and contribute to the larger society. I am an ICF credentialed coach and a holistic HR & Transformation Leader with years of experience in strategically managing all aspects of “Employee Wellness Programs”. My extensive studies in psychotherapy, counselling and Coaching equipped me in managing sensitive and personal issues. In addition, my executive studies from business school and masters have only acted as catalyst in addressing the challenges of “Employee Retention” and “Hire to Retire Management”. I bring to the table a unique understanding and perspective on the corporate, corporeal, and spiritual dimensions of life that can help bring clarity to people and organizations and make them reach personal aspirations and organizational goals.
